The PSAM evaluates the budgets, planning, expenditure and performance of the following major service delivery departments of the Eastern Cape government: Education, Health, Human Settlements and Environmental Affairs and produces a range of outputs which can be accessed below.

These outputs are widely disseminated via presentations, press statements, opinion pieces and radio and television interviews. In addition, researchers in the programme engage with civil society for purposes of enhancing accountability and the realisation of socio-economic rights.
